Do you have a waitlist?
Currently for OT services, we have a 1-month waitlist for after school appointment times. We understand that many families work and we do our best to accommodate evening appointments. However, we have immediate openings for mid day appointments and can provide written letters to your child’s school to excuse them for their appointment time.
For PT services, we are scheduling 2-3 weeks out for evaluations but do have immediate appointment openings once evaluation is completed.

What is your sick policy?
We ask that families reschedule their therapy appointments if their child has any of the following symptoms:
-Fever within the last 48 hours
-Vomiting or diarrhea in the last 48 hours
-Pink eye
-Rashes on their hands or feet
-Barking cough
If they were sent home from school/daycare or unable to attend due to illness, please reschedule their therapy appointment. -
How do we get in touch with someone?
We are a therapy led team. This means we manage all the administrative responsibilities ourselves in addition to working with children. Our response time to callbacks may not be immediate. We recommend sending an email as well to info@wildflowerpediatrictherapyme.com as we will respond to emails after hours as well! If you have a question for a specific therapist we will direct your email to them as well.
