Heather Hall
Owner/ Occupational Therapist
Hello Everyone! My name is Heather and I am the owner of Wildflower Pediatric Therapy. I have been an Occupational Therapist since 2018. I earned a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and Physical Education from the University of Maine in 2015. I went on to earn my Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy at Husson University in 2018. I have experience working in a variety of settings including acute care, acute rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and early intervention.
I enjoy working with children of all ages from birth through 18 years old. I have pelvic floor training and recently completed training in the SOS approach to feeding.
Outside the clinic you will find me spending time with my two girls, outside or by the ocean! I look forward to meeting you!
Lillian Redwine
Lead Physical Therapist
Hi, I'm Lilly Redwine PT, DPT — the primary physical therapist at Wildflower Pediatric Therapy.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Physiology from Simmons University in Boston in 2020, followed by my Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2022. My clinical experience spans a wide range of neurological, genetic, musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, and acquired conditions, working with patients across the lifespan—from newborns to older adults.
I was born and raised in Central Maine, and I’m deeply committed to serving the community that shaped me. It’s my mission to help ensure every child and family has access to compassionate, high-quality care close to home.
Outside of the clinic, you'll usually find me outdoors—gardening, hiking, or exploring Maine’s natural beauty with my two dogs, Tuna and Summer, and my fiancé!
Jessica Mckenna
Occupational Therapist
Hello! I am Jess McKenna, occupational therapist at Wildflower Pediatric Therapy.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Health and Human Performance and a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, both from West Virginia University. I have been a pediatric occupational therapist for 16 (!) years in outpatient, school, and early intervention settings.
My specialties and areas of interest include sensory processing, executive functioning, and early childhood development. I love being creative, problem solving, and using a child's strength's to help them reach their potential. I am also a 200-hour registered yoga teacher and enjoy incorporating yoga into my treatment sessions.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, and traveling. I look forward to meeting you!
Joyce Rines
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Hello! I’m Joyce Rines and I am a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at Wildflower Pediatric Therapy. I received my COTA certification in 2014. I began my career in Early Intervention and then went on to expand my skills by becoming an Adaptive Technology Professional, assisting children and adults with their wheelchair and other adaptive equipment needs. I have practiced in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Maine, bringing with me the experiences gained from each community. I am very excited to be working with such a caring and knowledgeable team of therapists. I look forward to meeting your family and working together to make a positive difference in your child’s life.
Outside the clinic, I live in Maine. You will find me spending time with my two dogs and two horses, gardening, and enjoying all that the Maine outdoors has to offer.
Hattie Welch
Occupational Therapist
Hattie is a licensed occupational therapist and certified breastfeeding specialist who supports infants and families during the tender early stages of life. She earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of New England in 2016.
Hattie’s clinical work is centered around supporting the mother–infant dyad, with a focus on breastfeeding and bottle feeding, infant oral motor development, torticollis prevention and treatment, and guiding families through the transition to solid foods. She also works with older children experiencing picky eating, helping them safely and confidently explore new foods, as well as supporting children in transitioning to oral feeding from g-tube dependence.
She has advanced training in pre- and post-habilitation for tethered oral tissues (tongue and lip ties), and is trained in The Gillespie Approach Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT), along with additional myofascial techniques for infants.
With a deep appreciation for the connection between structure, function, and regulation, Hattie takes a whole-child, whole-family approach—meeting each family where they are and supporting their unique journey with compassion and skill.
Hattie is also a mother of two and enjoys spending time in her garden, crafting, and being outdoors with her family. She looks forward to supporting your baby’s feeding journey and helping your child grow, develop, and thrive.

Hi everyone! My name is Cole Steeves. I am a certified Occupational Therapy Assistant as of June 2025. I am coming from skilled nursing; however, while earning my COTA license at Kennebec Valley Community College, I worked with pediatrics in an education-based setting focused on special needs students. I worked in an elementary school for 3 years in special education assisting students in achieving their highest academic potential in early life by incorporating skills gained through OTA schooling. I am incredibly excited to join the Wildflower team and help local children to learn, grow and thrive!
Outside of the clinic you will see me on the athletic fields coaching football or, on the mats coaching wrestling at the highschool level. In my free time I may be found fishing, boating, or walking with my dogs.
